Revolut is seeking an API Enterprise Sales Executive to drive adoption of its payments-as-a-service offering with enterprise customers in the German market. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona with flexibility across multiple European offices (Dublin, Krakow, Lisbon, London, Madrid) and remote options in Ireland, Poland, Porto, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and the UK.
You will build and manage a network of enterprise customers, opening doors to generate revenue across Revolut's payment solutions. Your primary responsibilities include establishing trusted, strategic advisor relationships with C-level executives by demonstrating continued value through available features. You'll coordinate innovative, problem-solving solutions tailored to the specific requirements of global payment customers, managing accurate forecasts and pipelines while achieving quarterly sales goals.
A key aspect of this role is mentoring other sales executives on strategies to reach their targets and working collaboratively with Product Owners and Business Development Managers to create mutually beneficial partnerships. You'll be expected to bring a consultative, solution-oriented approach to complex enterprise deals.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth environments with a proven track record of bringing progressive technologies to market. You should have experience working within ambitious sales organizations, creating partnerships with third-party companies to launch B2B services, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Fluency in both English and German is required.
