ElevenLabs is hiring an Analyst Relations Manager to build and scale the analyst relations function for ElevenAgents, the company's enterprise-grade platform for deploying voice and chat agents at scale. You'll report into the Growth team and work cross-functionally with Research and Field Deployment Engineering to shape how industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) understand ElevenLabs' market position and product strategy.
The core mission is to move ElevenAgents toward its first Gartner Magic Quadrant inclusion and establish strong coverage with Forrester and IDC through 2027. You'll own the full analyst relations lifecycle: developing a compelling narrative that connects ElevenAgents to the broader ElevenLabs platform (Creative, API), managing executive and technical briefings, coordinating analyst submissions and inquiries, and maintaining cadence through newsletters, check-ins, and event presence (e.g., Gartner IT Symposium).
You'll need hands-on experience building an analyst relations function from the ground up, ideally in enterprise software, AI, or contact center/CX technology. Direct experience taking a company through a Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave submission is essential—you understand the rigor, timeline, and evidence required. You're comfortable prepping executives and technical leaders for analyst conversations and shaping multi-product category narratives.
Bonus experience includes coverage of agentic AI, voice AI, or conversational AI categories. The role is remote-first across North America (PT/ET timezones), with optional access to ElevenLabs offices in New York or San Francisco.
ElevenLabs is a $11B AI research and product company founded in January 2023, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia.
