A renewable energy company with contracts in Mexico's CFE (Federal Electricity Commission) sector is expanding its project portfolio and seeking a Civil Cost and Bidding Analyst to strengthen its costs and bidding department. You will integrate technical and economic proposals for public (CFE) and private sector competitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and analyze projects in the bidding portal (Micrositio) and determine project scope
- Develop and review unit-price concept catalogs in Opus 2024
- Obtain and manage quotes for equipment and materials from suppliers
- Integrate and review technical, economic, and administrative documentation for each bidding process
- Attend site visits and submit or send offers on time
- Ensure strict adherence to delivery deadlines and maintain detailed documentation
Work Environment:
Full-time, in-office position in Hermosillo, Sonora. Standard office hours. The company operates in the renewable energy sector with CFE contracts and is actively expanding its project portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building/Construction, or related field (incomplete degree acceptable)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with CFE bidding processes (Micrositio platform) and unit-price estimation
- Proficiency in Opus 2024, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines
- Demonstrated capability managing complex technical and economic documentation
