Unframe is an AI-first startup helping Fortune 500 enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months. As an AI Transformation Architect, you will be the first technical voice prospects encounter. You'll join early-stage sales conversations alongside Strategic Account Executives, leading technical discovery and delivering compelling live demos tailored to customer pain points. Your role bridges Sales, Product, and Marketing—translating enterprise challenges into AI-powered solution examples across industries including finance, cybersecurity, and operations. Key responsibilities include: - Participate in early-stage prospect calls to lead technical discovery and product demonstrations - Deliver customized live demos that address specific customer pain points and use cases - Translate business challenges into relevant AI-powered solution narratives - Communicate Unframe's value proposition and technical architecture with clarity and confidence - Build credibility and trust with prospects while shaping their AI transformation vision - Share market insights with Product, Marketing, and R&D teams based on customer conversations You'll need 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or product management. Strong understanding of enterprise software, APIs, and modern cloud platforms is essential. You must be confident presenting technical products to mixed business and technical audiences, with excellent verbal and written English communication. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and customer-obsessed—skilled at asking the right questions and building strong relationships. This high-impact, outward-facing role offers real ownership, direct collaboration with enterprise customers, and meaningful influence on how the platform is experienced in the market. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, and R&D teams in one of the fastest-moving spaces in tech.
