HiddenLayer is seeking an AI Solutions Architect for the pre-sales team to drive adoption of its AI security solutions. The role combines technical expertise with sales enablement, focusing on understanding client security needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and architecting tailored solutions for adversarial AI attack prevention.
Key responsibilities include conducting technical consultations with prospects to understand their security challenges and infrastructure requirements; delivering product demonstrations and presentations showcasing AI security features and benefits; designing customized solutions leveraging cybersecurity principles, AI technologies, and industry best practices; leading proof-of-concept projects to validate solution effectiveness in client environments; providing pre- and post-sales technical support; conducting training sessions for clients and internal teams; collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams to provide field feedback and contribute to product roadmap; and staying informed about market trends and competitive landscape in AI security.
Required qualifications include proven pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture experience; proficiency with Linux (GNU, Bash); moderate to advanced cloud experience with hands-on infrastructure-as-code; Python programming; AI experience building advanced workflows with tools like LangChain and LangGraph, plus MLOps tools familiarity; ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences; experience conducting product demos, POCs, and technical presentations; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivation and passion for continuous learning; and willingness to travel to client sites and industry events.
Helpful but not required: container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline integration experience.
