BloomReach is building an agentic AI platform for personalization, helping businesses deploy AI agents across the entire customer journey. The company powers personalization for 1,400+ global brands including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora.
This is a program leadership role owning BloomReach's AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) program end-to-end. The program uses AI agents to book sales meetings inbound and outbound across four regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC) in multiple languages. You will set direction and drive results; two dedicated AI ops experts build and run the platform infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the AI SDR program end-to-end: inbound and outbound enrollment, agent behavior, human handoff logic, and pipeline generation across all regions.
- Drive ROI accountability: track meetings booked → accepted → qualified pipeline, measure cost per meeting and cost per pipeline dollar, and report program returns to leadership with defensible metrics.
- Manage the human-AI split: work with SDR teams to identify and fix breakdowns in lead quality, prioritization, follow-up, and handovers. Move the human-agent boundary based on evidence.
- Implement signal-driven enrollment: transition from manual batch targeting to continuous enrollment based on account scoring, intent signals, and engagement decay.
- Improve the buying experience: ensure outreach is timely, relevant, and actionable based on account signals and buyer context.
- Build program reporting: create live dashboards with volume, coverage, results, and ROI metrics, automating manual exports.
- Plan next initiatives: once the core program stabilizes, expand the AI SDR pattern to event follow-up, hand-raiser nurture, and re-engagement campaigns.
Success in the first 3 months means consistent outbound volume and coverage across regions, leadership using your ROI model in planning, and resolution of the top SDR pain points. You should understand AI agents well enough to direct the people building them; judgment and technical fluency are both required.
