Notion is seeking an AI Product Manager for Growth Marketing to build and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems. This is a unique opportunity to transform Notion's performance marketing experimentation program from prototype into a core operating system. In this role, you will own the strategy and operating model for paid growth across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT. You'll interpret always-on signals (geo, cohort, creative, spend) in context and guide agentic infrastructure to execute. You'll partner cross-functionally with BizOps, Strategic Finance, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing teams. By day 90, you will: map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact to establish an operating model; build deep understanding of onboarding, activation, and how paid acquisition connects to user quality; and establish how AI and agents can strengthen the end-to-end decision system from analysis through creative development and workflow automation. By end of year one, you will: graduate the program from managing experimental budget to managing majority of paid spend while maintaining efficiency and creative quality; establish stronger measurement and connected view of which experiments move which metrics and why; and turn the system into a repeatable model for Demand Generation across the organization. Notions work from offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days). The role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems; ability to see how platform integrations, data, measurement, workflows, and constraints fit together; can shape sound architecture and partner credibly with technical teams - Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google; understand channel mechanics, budgets, audiences, creative, and performance interaction - Expert measurement and performance-analysis judgment; can interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context, identify meaningful patterns, and make clear kill/scale decisions - Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains; ability to connect parts into coherent strategy and translate ambiguous frontier into high-quality system - High-agency cross-functional ownership; can work across BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing to align decisions and deliver full loop from strategy through outcomes - Intellectual curiosity and comfort using AI as a real collaborator in work
