Celonis is seeking an AI Product Manager to co-lead the transformation of its Demo Engineering function. You will architect and build the Next-Gen Demo Factory—a system where AI agents and LLMs automate demo creation at scale, enabling Celonis to win in the Enterprise AI market.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end development, release, and improvement of strategic AI demo tools and assets. Your key responsibilities include:
**Architect Agentic Demo Builds:** Lead the shift toward "Prompt-to-Demo" workflows, building AI agents that automate the generation of data stories, UI screens, and configurations from simple business requirements. Move from Atlas mockups to in-product demos with Apollo.
**Elevate Field Delivery & Enablement:** Create self-service agentic tools that allow Sales Reps and Solution Engineers to interact with demo environments via chat. These agents will generate custom talk-tracks, executive summaries, and personalized pitch decks on demand. Drive adoption through enablement and iterate based on user feedback.
**Master the AI Demo Lifecycle:** Own the end-to-end development, release, and ongoing improvement of strategic AI demo tools. Identify high-impact demo opportunities across pre-sales, prioritize features, build solutions, and lead technical configuration and QA. Work with Product and engineering partners to evolve these tools alongside the Celonis platform.
**Scale Through Automation:** Identify repetitive manual tasks in the demo lifecycle—from data cleaning to screen setup—and build AI-driven tools and orchestrations to reduce manual effort and demo creation time.
**Creative AI Storytelling:** Use generative tools to translate complex data into visionary C-level narratives, ensuring automated assets maintain high-impact quality.

**Requirements:**
- 1.5+ years of professional experience in Value Engineering, Applied AI, Solution Engineering, Demo Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar product-adjacent roles
- Builder DNA: natural problem solver with hands-on experience building tools that help others succeed; preference for building scalable generators over manual fixes
- Technical baseline: hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or comparable programming language; comfort working with data, integrating AI models and APIs, and debugging tools you build
- Strategic storyteller: ability to identify high-impact use cases and translate complex technical capabilities into simple, value-driven business stories for executive audiences
- High learning velocity: excitement to constantly experiment with new AI models, frameworks, and prompting techniques
**Nice to Have:**
- Experience with cloud platforms and workflows (Microsoft Azure, Azure Blob Storage)
- Software development and delivery experience (GitHub, version control, deployment workflows, web application maintenance)
- Frontend development and UI/UX design experience
- Familiarity with Celonis platform and in-product applications
