In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between Multiverse Computing and strategic cloud partners (AWS, GCP), managing high-value, multi-year partnerships. You will oversee execution of strategic agreements, ensuring all commitments—including expense targets and co-sell objectives—are met on time and to required standards. You will advocate for the company's needs within partner organizations and ensure promised benefits such as perks, support, and joint initiatives are delivered effectively.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting partnership performance through KPIs such as opportunity sharing, co-sell revenue, and marketplace transactions; collaborating with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to align partnership strategy with company objectives; proactively identifying and resolving partnership issues; and leveraging partner resources including training, go-to-market programs, and co-marketing opportunities to enhance partnership value.

Requirements: Proven experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or cloud services with mandatory prior experience working with AWS. Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS, and enterprise ecosystems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management abilities including multitasking and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments. Ability to analyze partnership performance data and make data-driven decisions. Team player who works effectively across different departments and geographies. Preferred qualifications include experience managing high-value multi-year partnerships, understanding of co-sell frameworks and partner program incentives, and knowledge of cloud expense management and optimization. Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based required.
