You will lead commercial strategy and performance for Tide's Banking Payments products in the UK market. This is a cross-functional leadership role at the heart of the Payments organisation, working with Product, Finance, BI, CRM, Operations, and Member Success teams to drive payment adoption, optimize member journeys, and deliver commercial initiatives. Key responsibilities include: • Revenue Ownership & Forecasting: Partner with Finance to set, track, and refine commercial projections for Banking Payments, ensuring accountability against revenue and engagement targets. • Analytics-Driven Insight: Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to understand member payment behaviours, identify opportunities, and measure performance across initiatives. • Product & Commercial Strategy: Shape payment propositions, improve member journeys, and influence product roadmap prioritisation using commercial insight and member feedback. • Launch Strategy & Go-to-Market: Lead commercialisation and GTM strategy for Banking Payment features, ensuring coordinated execution across CRM, in-app, servicing, and operational channels. • Lifecycle & Engagement Strategy: Develop "always on" payment engagement strategies with CRM and marketing teams to drive activation, usage, and retention. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across Product, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Senior Leadership to align on priorities and strategic direction. • Commercial & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor payment trends, competitor propositions, and market developments to identify opportunities. • Member Obsession: Become an expert in member payment behaviours and needs, ensuring member voice is central to decision-making. Expected outcomes within 12 months: establish dedicated commercial ownership for Banking Payments, improve payment engagement metrics, accelerate commercial experimentation, improve forecasting visibility, support successful launches, strengthen cross-functional alignment, increase focus on member journeys, and create additional leadership bandwidth.
