As GTM Commercial Lead, Assessments, you will own the commercial strategy and execution for Protege's benchmarking and assessments business, reporting to the head of GTM Partnerships. You will manage the existing assessments pipeline while building a target account map of vertical healthcare AI builders, prioritizing by fit rather than volume.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining a target account map of vertical healthcare AI builders
- Owning commercial engagements end-to-end: prospecting, negotiation, legal agreement development, and customer management
- Defining and proposing GTM strategy for the vertical, including pipeline targets and prioritized accounts
- Qualifying and structuring deals as they arise
- Navigating internal stakeholders to close deals and maintain momentum
- Maintaining fluency in healthcare AI's data landscape and constraints to speak credibly to technical and business stakeholders
Success milestones include: (30 days) learning the business, taking ownership of the pipeline, building a target account map of 15-20 vertical healthcare AI builders, and identifying paths to first contracts; (60 days) running commercial conversations across accounts, defining go-to-market strategy, and closing first tranche of customers; (90 days) executing against the defined strategy while sourcing new partnerships.

Requirements:
- Proven ability to run full-cycle commercial deals from first conversation through contracting in complex B2B environments
- Track record of building and executing account strategy from scratch, including targeting, prioritization, and follow-through
- Demonstrated skills navigating multi-stakeholder deals and mapping technical and business buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to speak credibly to both technical and business stakeholders
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own targets
- Operational rigor in pipeline management, including accurate stage hygiene and clear reporting on strategy progress
- Comfort negotiating complex legal agreements
