Harmony is an AI-native company building always-on expert agents deployed inside Slack and Microsoft Teams to resolve employee service requests across IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal. The company achieves a 70% no-touch resolution rate with 100+ prebuilt agents that deploy in days. You will lead Harmony's marketing execution as an AI-first operator, commanding a workforce of AI marketing agents while owning creative, content, and paid growth strategy. Reporting to the CMO, you'll take the operating layer off leadership's plate so the CMO can stay on strategy. Key responsibilities: **Paid Media Command**: Direct paid campaigns across search, paid social, display, video, and retargeting. Own both creative (ad copy, video, UGC concepts, landing pages, creative testing) and analytics (spend, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, weekly reporting, budget reallocation). Turn weekly paid reports into actionable decisions about what to cut, scale, or kill. **AI-First Content & Brand**: Produce webinar decks, email copy, tradeshow materials, one-pagers, and event handouts. Feed organic channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, YouTube, blog) with on-brand content. Draft with AI agents, direct output, apply brand judgment, and ship fast. **Agent Development & Improvement**: Write and refine agent instructions as you would brief a sharp junior teammate. Turn repeatable work into skills and workflows so the system compounds capability each month. Capture what works and promote it into the system. **Executive Support**: Own execution end-to-end so decisions, not tasks, reach the CMO. Report crisply on what shipped, what's working, and what you'd change. Be the operator who makes a two-person function perform like ten. Example work you'll delegate to agents in your first 90 days: 20+ ad angles per campaign backed by buyer language; monthly competitor teardowns; fast landing-page builds with copy tournaments; paid-account health passes; product and UGC videos; lead magnets (static and interactive); quarterly red-team exercises; brand-consistency passes. You'll operate by setting goals with checkable "Done when..." bars rather than vague tasks, ensuring agents overdeliver and loop closes quickly. **Requirements**: - Built things on the internet (side projects, newsletters, viral experiments, channels you grew) - Hands-off entire jobs to AI agents that overdeliver; you direct and judge output, managing AI like a manager, not a user - True generalist: comfortable as part-strategist, part-copywriter, part-designer, part-analyst in the same afternoon; prefer owning channels end-to-end over silos - Fluent in paid media: run real budgets across multiple channels and can read performance reports and act on them - Customer-centric thinking: understand stretched IT and HR leaders' pains and pressures; judge what lands before spending dollars - Taste: know the difference between AI output and good AI output; close the gap by hand - Hacker speed: ship MVP, measure, iterate; don't wait for permission or perfection - Strong writing: clear, concise, no fluff; can make slides, banners, and LinkedIn posts sound like the brand **Nice to have**: - B2B SaaS or developer/IT-audience experience - Hands-on with no-code and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool) and LLM tooling - Design sensibility in deck and creative tools - Comfortable on camera and with video editing; willing to travel for customer shoots - Experience standing up a paid channel from zero **Evaluation**: Work sample beats resume. Show something you built and grew yourself. Show a marketing agent, workflow, or automation you set up. Participate in a short live exercise directing agent work on a Harmony asset, framing it as a goal with a checkable "Done when..." bar.
