As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will bridge pre-sales, product implementation, and customer success. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
Pre-Sales & Sales: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges. Lead qualification conversations to identify high-fit prospects. Collaborate with the sales team to advance opportunities, providing technical expertise and strategic insights.
Product Implementation & Integration: Guide customers through deploying Mistral's text completion API into their infrastructure. Work closely with clients to fine-tune models for their specific use cases. Support API integration into front-end systems. Liaise with product and technical teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements. Design and develop product features that address broad customer needs.
Customer Success & Support: Ensure customers maximize product value post-deployment. Provide timely support for issues and challenges. Conduct periodic satisfaction reviews and gather feedback. Recommend product optimizations and new features based on customer insights. Develop these features when needed.
You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or similar). You have genuine passion for AI and stay current with the field. You bring proven experience implementing AI or ML products. You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. You excel at project management and delivery. You're proficient in code and understand front-end integration processes. You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and are comfortable switching between pre-sales support and deployment work.
