Cursor is an AI-native code editor built by Anysphere to automate coding for professional programmers. As an AI Deployment Manager, you'll own the post-sale customer journey for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
You'll operate at the center of each account relationship, partnering with developers, engineering admins, and C-level executives while collaborating closely with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Support teams. Your core responsibilities include managing a book of business with top enterprise customers and owning long-term account success.
Key activities include engaging CTO, VP, and SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change within their teams. You'll lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end, managing onboarding, enablement, internal champion identification, and scaled adoption across engineering organizations. You'll identify high-impact use cases and help turn them into durable, repeatable workflows that stick across teams.
You'll monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion opportunities, working closely with Account Executives. You'll represent the customer voice internally, synthesizing feedback and influencing Cursor's product roadmap priorities based on customer insights.
Success is measured by customer retention rates, product adoption metrics, and revenue expansion within your portfolio.
Ideal candidates have worked at the intersection of business and technology in customer-facing roles. You understand modern engineering organizations, the software development lifecycle, developer workflows, and how tools get adopted at scale. You communicate comfortably with both individual developers and senior executives. You're analytical and operational, using data to prioritize and drive action. Experience as a Cursor user or power user of modern AI coding tools is a strong plus, along with strong opinions about what great developer tooling looks like.
