As a Regional Customer Success Manager focused on the Automotive vertical, you will own the success and health of a portfolio of Podium's customers. Your primary responsibilities include serving as the post-sales point of contact, driving product adoption and utilization, helping customers achieve their business objectives, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will proactively engage customers during renewal cycles to secure retention, conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, and act as a customer advocate within the company.
Key responsibilities: manage customer relationships and satisfaction; develop deep understanding of customer business objectives and industry challenges; identify and mitigate churn risks; facilitate product adoption and value realization; handle customer inquiries and escalations; relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams; drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
Required qualifications include 1+ years in a customer-facing role (CSM, Account Manager, or Client Services) preferably in software/SaaS; working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI, automation); strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities; technical aptitude; customer-centric mindset; and results-driven focus on satisfaction and retention metrics.
Desired qualifications include growth-oriented approach to AI; experience with customer success platforms and CRM tools; familiarity with customer support software; and knowledge of online reputation management.
