Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations to harness IoT data for actionable insights across physical operations including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing.
As AI Architect for GTM Systems, you will define the technical vision for how Samsara's go-to-market technology organization builds AI-powered automation. This is a senior individual contributor role with organization-wide scope. You will architect, prototype, and establish patterns that the entire GTM engineering team builds against.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting technical direction for AI-powered GTM automation, from low-code platforms (Workato, Salesforce Flow) to custom agentic pipelines (LangGraph)
- Partnering with GTM engineering leadership, Sales Ops, BizTech, and C-level stakeholders to translate strategic ambitions into architectural blueprints
- Defining standards, reference architectures, and evaluation frameworks for enterprise-grade GTM systems
- Making architectural decisions about when to use low-code tools versus custom AI agents
- Ensuring GTM systems are built to scale and last
You should have strong technical depth spanning low-code automation, custom AI agents, and enterprise integration. You're fluent in both boardroom presentations and hands-on prototyping—able to present architectural vision to a VP of Sales and then build it in LangGraph the same afternoon. This role offers the autonomy to make significant impact at a recently public company in a hyper-growth environment.
