Eightfold is a global AI-native enterprise talent platform trusted by Fortune 500 organizations. The company is at the forefront of agentic AI, delivering intelligent agents that actively drive outcomes across hiring and talent workflows. Backed by over $410M in funding and valued at $2B+, Eightfold is defining the next era of agentic talent systems.
The Agentic Adoption Partner role is a hybrid between customer success and sales enablement, focused on turning deployed AI agents into trusted, in-production teammates within customer organizations. This is not a traditional customer success role tracking logins and feature usage. Instead, you will drive agents from deployment into sustained production use, owning the path from "the agent is live" to "the agent runs a meaningful share of the workflow."
Key responsibilities include: designing the human-agent operating model with each customer (determining which work agents own, where humans stay in the loop, how escalations are handled); working directly with end users (recruiters, TA teams, hiring managers, HR ops) to ensure agents are adopted in real workflows; enabling and certifying customer end users through Agent Academy so teams can operate and improve agents independently; monitoring agent consumption, usage, task completion, and autonomy rates through dashboards; serving as a trusted advisor on AI-era workforce transformation, workflow redesign, and change management; partnering cross-functionally to remove adoption barriers; translating production friction into product feedback; building reusable playbooks and success stories; and identifying expansion opportunities for additional Eightfold agents.
Required qualifications: 5–8 years in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, HR/People, HR Technology, Customer Success, Consulting, Professional Services, Change Management, or Enterprise SaaS. Direct recruiting or TA experience is strongly preferred—the company wants people who have done the work their agents now do and can teach customers to trust agents with it. You must have a track record managing complex enterprise engagements and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, comfort with data and analytics, and excellent communication skills. Genuine enthusiasm for AI agents and reshaping talent work is essential.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience deploying or working with AI agents/agentic platforms, Talent Acquisition or Talent Management domain depth, experience designing enablement or change-management programs, and fluency with product analytics and adoption instrumentation.
Eightfold follows a hybrid work model with three days per week in-office for employees near Santa Clara, London, Bangalore, and Noida offices, emphasizing in-person collaboration for innovation and rapid execution.
