Eightfold is a $2.1B AI-powered Talent Intelligence Platform that transforms how organizations plan, hire, develop, and retain diverse workforces. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity to establish Eightfold's agentic AI business within the High-Tech vertical as one of the first industry-focused Agentic Acquisition Specialists.
You will own the High-Tech vertical end-to-end, becoming the trusted expert on customer priorities, buying trends, and competitive landscape. Working closely with a major enterprise software partner's field teams, you will accelerate customer acquisition, refine repeatable co-sell motions, and help establish playbooks that scale globally.
Key responsibilities include: developing pipeline across the partner's customer ecosystem by identifying enterprise opportunities; building and executing joint go-to-market strategies with partner account teams; driving a structured co-sell motion throughout the customer lifecycle; positioning Eightfold as a strategic extension of customers' existing technology investments; leading executive discovery and product demonstrations; owning the full enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement through close; partnering across Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams; capturing customer and partner feedback to influence product strategy; and developing trusted relationships with partner account executives and High-Tech industry teams.
The role targets High-Tech companies facing engineering shortages, skills-based hiring challenges, internal mobility needs, and talent retention pressures. Eightfold's agentic AI solutions are purpose-built to help these organizations hire smarter, develop skills faster, and build the workforce their business demands.
You will sell genuinely new technology—Eightfold's agentic AI solutions redefining enterprise hiring—from a position of authentic technical leadership within an AI-native company. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting and closing net new enterprise accounts, not account management.
