MNTN is a Connected TV advertising platform that simplifies running TV ads through self-serve technology. As an Agency Partner Specialist, you'll support retention, enablement, and platform adoption across a portfolio of agency partners, serving as their day-to-day point of contact for performance guidance and optimization.
You'll diagnose account performance across key metrics—CPA, ROAS, spend pacing, creative fatigue, and audience saturation—and translate those signals into concrete optimization recommendations that protect spend and drive renewals. This is a performance-oriented role requiring fluency in direct-response fundamentals and the ability to interpret complex data for media buyers who need to understand why accounts perform as they do and what actions to take.
Key responsibilities include: serving as the primary contact for agencies through Intercom and live channels; proactively engaging partners post-launch to reinforce best practices; educating partners on platform features and guiding them toward self-service tools; executing engagement playbooks that increase adoption and reduce churn risk; monitoring performance and usage signals to identify risk early; escalating sustained complexity through established workflows; and surfacing recurring trends to inform product improvements.
Success is measured by agencies moving through the MNTN journey with minimal friction, improved retention as risk signals are caught early, measurable performance improvements on accounts you touch, increased engagement with core platform features, and proactive outreach that prevents issues from escalating. This role is ideal for someone who has owned budgets and hit targets and now wants to apply that instinct across a broad portfolio rather than a single account.
