Farfetch is a global luxury fashion marketplace connecting customers in over 190 countries with more than 1,400 brands and boutiques. The Marketing team operates with a data-driven, test-and-learn culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will join the Performance Marketing team in our London office (Old Street, the city's tech hub) in a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own affiliate and growth partner marketing activities across our global customer acquisition strategy. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing strategies to retain existing customers and acquire new ones through affiliate and partner channels - Managing affiliate relationships and partner portfolio to drive business goals - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, analytics) to scope projects, optimize creatives, and enhance reporting capabilities - Contributing to channel growth targets while managing marketing costs - Supporting Farfetch's annual promotional calendar with affiliate and influencer activities - Analyzing campaign performance, identifying opportunities, and activating new on-brand partners - Producing reports and sharing insights with senior stakeholders - Building technical skills in tracking, reporting, and affiliate network optimization This role suits someone seeking professional growth in a fast-paced, flat-structure environment with a supportive, motivated team. Requirements: - 2–3 years of experience in Affiliates or Growth Partner Marketing with strong passion for e-commerce - Proven ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights - Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and complex reporting; Looker knowledge is a bonus - Detail-oriented, collaborative approach with consistent delivery of high-quality work - Confident communication with partners and commercial mindset for contract negotiations - Understanding of affiliate networks and tracking solutions, including setup and reporting - Ability to clearly communicate updates and initiatives aligned with KPIs and commercial goals - Experience in web/mobile marketing, paid social, and display marketing preferred - Background in international e-commerce or marketplace companies valued
