ElevenLabs is hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale their affiliate and partner-led referral program from the ground up. This is a largely untapped channel with significant upside given ElevenLabs' reach across creators, developers, and enterprises.
You will own strategy and execution end-to-end: recruiting and activating partners, designing commission and payout structures, standing up tracking and attribution systems, and driving profitable, scalable revenue through the channel. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with proven experience building or scaling affiliate programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and owning affiliate/partner program strategy across self-serve, developer, and creator segments
- Recruiting, onboarding, and activating affiliates, publishers, and creator partners
- Designing and optimizing commission, payout, and incentive structures for profitable growth
- Establishing tracking, attribution, and fraud/quality controls to ensure measurable, clean affiliate impact
- Partnering with creative, lifecycle, product marketing, finance, and legal teams
- Managing partner relationships, performance reviews, and ongoing enablement
- Testing partner cohorts and offers, analyzing performance, iterating quickly, and documenting learnings
- Collaborating with finance and legal on payouts, agreements, and compliance
Required qualifications: proven track record building or scaling an affiliate/partner program that drove measurable revenue; hands-on expertise with affiliate platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, Rewardful, Tune, Everflow, or similar); strong analytical skills in attribution, incrementality, and LTV vs. payout math; experience recruiting, negotiating with, and managing affiliates, publishers, or creator partners; ability to design commission structures and control for fraud and low-quality traffic; clear communication skills and ability to write high-intent copy; confidence building programs from the ground up in scrappy, high-ownership environments.
Bonus experience includes creator/influencer partnerships, marketing to technical audiences (developers, APIs, infrastructure), familiarity with self-serve and sales-led motions, and experience standing up reporting systems or collaborating with data/BI teams.
