Monarch Money is a fully remote, venture-backed personal finance platform founded in 2021 that has become the top-recommended personal finance app by users and experts. The company is experiencing hyper-growth and is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Associate to join the Growth Marketing team.
In this hands-on, execution-focused role reporting to Eric Recker, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new affiliate partners using industry tools such as SEMrush, Similarweb, Publisher Discovery, Affistash, and Aspire. You'll manage day-to-day partner communication and ensure smooth onboarding processes. A key part of the role involves monitoring partner performance, building ad-hoc reporting dashboards, and identifying anomalies or performance gaps that need attention.
You will recommend and help implement optimizations to grow affiliate free trial starts and subscriptions, working closely with cross-functional teams including Growth Product, Data, and Creative teams to improve conversion across the affiliate funnel.
The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, influencer marketing, or growth marketing roles. Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Impact preferred, or CJ/ShareASale) is essential. You should be comfortable with basic data analysis including ad-hoc dashboards, spotting anomalies, and calculating metrics like period-over-period growth. Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical since this is a partner-facing role requiring frequent outreach. You thrive in a startup environment with a curious, resourceful, bias-for-action mindset and comfort working through ambiguity.
Nice-to-have qualifications include basic knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and prior experience in fintech, subscription, or B2C/SaaS businesses.
Monarch operates as a fully remote company with no central office, allowing you to work from anywhere.
