The role requires deep clinical and technical understanding of WATCHMAN device usage, procedural dynamics, and electrophysiology workflows. You'll collaborate closely with your regional sales manager, internal stakeholders, and clinical teams to drive adoption and market penetration. Required: Bachelor's degree minimum; 6+ years sales experience in medical devices, ideally in cardiology, cath/EP labs, or hospital settings; proven track record in territory development, sales growth, and customer relationship management. Preferred: MBA or Master's degree; experience in structural heart, interventional cardiology, or electrophysiology; prior support of cardiovascular implantation procedures; strong technical communication skills; flexibility for varied hours and rigorous training completion.
