Salary: USD 149,175 - 185,000 / annual
Armis by ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to serve as a key technical resource in federal sales engagements. You will work directly with enterprise prospects to demonstrate the value of the Armis agentless cybersecurity platform through hands-on console demonstrations, proof-of-value deployments, and targeted technical training sessions.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering virtual and in-person technical demonstrations that showcase platform capabilities to complex enterprise customers. You'll lead proof-of-value installations, design and deliver technical training based on POV findings, and develop prospect-facing documentation. Your technical expertise will be critical in addressing customer needs through clear verbal and written communication, troubleshooting complex issues, and identifying new use cases for both internal and external stakeholders.
You'll collaborate closely with sales account executives and regional sales managers throughout the sales cycle, supporting marketing activities, conferences, and speaking engagements. Expected to travel up to 40% of the time on average. This is a customer-facing role that requires both deep technical knowledge and the ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business value.
Required: 10+ years in technical pre-sales roles (Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect), ideally with cybersecurity vendor experience. 10+ years in customer-facing or customer support positions. Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies. Demonstrated track record closing complex enterprise cybersecurity SaaS solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of IoT/OT/IoMT, wireless technologies (WLCs, Meraki, Aruba), Linux, virtualized environments, network architecture, Python scripting, and Top Secret security clearance.
