ServiceNow is hiring an Advisory Solution Consultant for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to join the presales team. This is a hands-on role combining deep solution expertise with customer-facing advisory work. You will partner with sales teams to architect and position ServiceNow's IRM and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions, translating customer business processes into tailored solutions that address their risk management, compliance, and operational resilience needs.
Key responsibilities include: creating innovative IRM solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform; conducting business process reviews to identify customer pain points; responding to technical and strategic questions about IRM capabilities; developing and maintaining solution showcases and demonstrations; configuring environments to meet customer requirements; collaborating with product and development teams to identify enhancement opportunities; sharing best practices across the solution consulting team; staying current on competitive positioning; and supporting marketing events including user conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
You will work with enterprise customers across verticals, with particular emphasis on financial services regulatory compliance. The role requires deep understanding of risk management disciplines including policy and compliance management, business continuity, disaster recovery, vendor/supply chain risk, privacy management, and regulatory change management. You should be familiar with competitive GRC platforms such as Archer, MetricStream, IBM OpenPages, and OneTrust.
This is a presales solution engineering role requiring 5+ years of experience in solution consulting or sales engineering within IRM/GRC domains. You need a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) plus 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%. The role is based in Kansas City with hybrid flexibility per ServiceNow's distributed work model.
