ServiceNow is hiring an Advisory Solution Consultant for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to join their presales team in Chicago. This is a hands-on presales role combining solution development, customer engagement, and thought leadership in risk and compliance solutions.
You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow's Integrated Risk Management platform. Key responsibilities include reviewing customer business processes to identify pain points, responding to technical and strategic questions about IRM solutions, and developing solution architectures that address real-world customer challenges. You'll participate in sales campaigns focused on IRM and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions, configure solution environments to meet customer requirements, and contribute to a showcase of IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
You will also help develop enablement programs for other Solution Consultants, collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to enhance ServiceNow's capabilities based on customer feedback, and share best practices across the team. Supporting marketing events—including user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, and webinars—is part of the role. You'll stay current on competitive analyses and understand how ServiceNow differentiates from competitors like Archer, MetricStream, IBM OpenPages, and OneTrust.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of presales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in IRM or GRC solutions. You need strong working knowledge of GRC processes and solutions, experience with regulatory compliance in financial services, and the ability to architect and communicate solutions to business challenges. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent training plus 3–5 years of experience is required. You must have strong written and oral communication skills, be self-directed, and be willing to travel up to 25%. Experience in large government or corporate enterprise environments is preferred.
