ServiceNow is hiring an Advisory Solution Consultant for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to join the presales team in Boston. This is a hands-on presales role combining solution architecture, customer engagement, and thought leadership in risk management and governance, risk & compliance (GRC) solutions.
You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow's IRM platform, translating customer business processes into pain points, and providing expert guidance during sales engagements. Key responsibilities include architecting solutions to address customer requirements, configuring ServiceNow environments, responding to technical and business questions about IRM capabilities, and collaborating with product and development teams to enhance platform capabilities.
You'll develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on IRM and GRC solutions, maintain a showcase of IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, and help enable other Solution Consultants to demonstrate value. The role involves supporting marketing events including user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, and webinars. You'll also stay current on competitive analyses and share best practices with peers to improve team quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of presales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in IRM or GRC solutions, with deep knowledge of risk management, policy & compliance management, business continuity, crisis planning, disaster recovery, vendor risk management, privacy management, and regulatory change management. Strong working knowledge of GRC platforms such as Archer, MetricStream, IBM OpenPages, or OneTrust is required. Experience in regulatory compliance within financial services is preferred. You should have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, ability to architect solutions to business challenges, and experience in large enterprise environments. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.
