Salary: USD 168,750 - 200,000 / annual
Armis (part of ServiceNow) is seeking a Sales Engineer to serve as a key technical resource in prospect engagements. You will work closely with prospects to demonstrate the value of the Armis agentless cybersecurity platform through console demonstrations, proof-of-value deployments, and targeted training sessions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver virtual and in-person technical demonstrations of the Armis platform
- Deploy and manage proof-of-value installations for prospects
- Lead technical training sessions based on POV findings
- Support marketing activities, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Address prospect needs through strong verbal and written communication
- Develop prospect-facing documentation
- Collaborate with sales teams (AEs/RSMs) to close complex enterprise deals
- Travel up to 40% of the time on average (varies by region)
- Think critically across the sales process, customer support, troubleshooting, and new use-case development

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in technical positions (Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect), ideally with a cybersecurity vendor
- 5+ years in customer-facing or customer support roles
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies
- Demonstrated track record of owning complex initiatives and delivering successful outcomes
- Experience closing complex cybersecurity SaaS solutions with enterprise customers
Desired knowledge in one or more of:
- IoT, OT, IoMT
- Wireless technologies (WLCs, Meraki, Aruba, etc.)
- Linux Operating Systems
- Virtualized environments
- Network knowledge
- Utility scripting (Python preferred)
