This role is a key position within Heidi's rapidly expanding Finance team, supporting global Order-to-Cash operations. Based in the Philippines with an Australian timezone schedule, you will manage Accounts Receivable operations for the APAC and EMEA regions, serving as the backbone of billing and collections processes. Key responsibilities include: - Managing day-to-day AR operations: invoicing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and account reconciliations for APAC and EMEA clients - Ensuring accurate and timely billing by verifying documentation and resolving discrepancies with internal teams - Serving as primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries across multiple time zones - Maintaining AR sub-ledgers, tracking payments, investigating variances, and identifying unapplied cash - Contributing to month-end close activities including reconciliations, journal entries, and AR reporting - Supporting audit and compliance requests through proper documentation and record maintenance - Driving process improvement and automation initiatives to scale AR operations Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 4-7 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in technology or SaaS - Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record resolving billing issues and streamlining receivables processes - Self-starter capable of working independently in remote setting - Flexibility to align with EMEA business hours for critical meetings Nice-to-have: CPA qualification, AR automation tools experience, prior APAC/EMEA team support.
