You will report to the regional Head of Account Management and work from Thunes' Singapore headquarters, one of 14 global offices. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or related client-facing experience, preferably managing small-to-mid-sized account portfolios in technology, SaaS, fintech, or financial services. Payments experience is strongly preferred. You are tech-savvy (Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint), operationally focused, data-driven, and process-oriented. Strong communication and basic negotiation skills are essential. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
