You will serve as the Technical Program Manager specializing in the Accounting Module, acting as the dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for this critical product area. In this role, you will be a key technical and financial partner to Enterprise and Strategic customers, guiding them through complex accounting workflows, owner statements, and end-of-month financial processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary technical and financial advisor to enterprise clients on accounting module functionality and best practices
- Drive proactive product adoption and financial optimization to ensure long-term customer retention and expansion
- Partner strategically with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to analyze client workflows, identify adoption gaps, and maintain account health
- Act as the "Voice of the Customer" to Product and Engineering teams, advocating for enterprise financial needs and shaping the product roadmap
- Handle advanced accounting escalations and provide expertise to the broader TPM team
- Drive team enablement on accounting best practices and new feature rollouts
The role is based remotely in Canada or the United States, with the exception of New York-area candidates who will work on a hybrid schedule with expectations to be in the New York office two days per week.
