Guesty is a fast-growing hospitality technology platform that helps property managers automate and optimize their operations. The company serves over 900 team members across 16 countries and integrates with 150+ industry partners including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Expedia.
You will join as an Accounting Technical Program Manager, serving as the dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Guesty's Accounting Module. This is a hybrid role open to candidates in Canada or the United States, with New York-based candidates expected to work from the office two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key technical and financial partner to Enterprise and Strategic customers, guiding them through complex accounting workflows, owner statements, and end-of-month financial processes
- Drive proactive product adoption to ensure clients achieve financial optimization for long-term retention and expansion
- Partner strategically with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to analyze client workflows, identify adoption gaps, and safeguard account health
- Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" to Product and Engineering teams, advocating for enterprise financial needs to shape the product roadmap
- Handle advanced accounting escalations and drive team enablement on best practices and new features
- Provide ongoing expertise and mentorship to the broader TPM team on accounting domain knowledge
This role combines customer-facing technical expertise with internal product strategy influence, requiring deep understanding of both accounting workflows and SaaS product development.
