DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates accounting workflows from data entry through financial close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
As Accounting Solutions Consultant, you will be the bridge between DualEntry's product and its finance customers. You'll lead discovery calls with CFOs and Controllers to diagnose pain points in their close processes, ERP limitations, and integration needs. You'll run tailored product demos showcasing how DualEntry solves their specific workflows and data challenges—expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606) is particularly valuable. You'll own technical objections around integrations, data migration, security, and reporting, and build proof-of-concept environments for different verticals.
You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering, bringing customer insights to prioritize the roadmap and shape the product direction.
Success requires deep accounting expertise: you've worked in audit/public accounting or in-house finance at a tech or high-growth company. You understand accounting operations end-to-end—close processes, journal entries, approvals, reconciliations, multi-entity consolidation, reporting, and controls. You have depth in 1–2 complex accounting areas (revenue recognition, inventory, FX, leases, consolidation). You're familiar with the CFO systems stack (ERP, billing, payroll, banking, AP/AR, FP&A, BI) and can map workflows across tools. You're comfortable in technical conversations about integrations, APIs, data imports/migrations, and security architecture. SQL or ETL experience is a plus. You can communicate clearly with both finance executives and engineers, and you can develop scalable sales processes and playbooks.
DualEntry offers significant equity ownership, early-stage growth opportunity, direct product influence, and a high-trust, high-expectation environment.
