Salary: EUR 110,000 - 220,000 / annual

In this Account Partner role, you will spearhead expansion by identifying, prospecting, and closing net-new business in untapped accounts. You'll build your own pipeline and lead complex, strategic sales cycles from initial outreach through close. As the custodian for your customers within Veeva, you'll focus on their needs and solving their business challenges.
Key responsibilities include: identifying and prospecting net-new business opportunities; developing and implementing account vision and strategy; managing complex sales cycles with internal and external resources; staying current with industry trends; and meeting/exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets. You'll work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level executives, acting with urgency, integrity, and a customer-first focus.
You'll need 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of new logo acquisition and outbound prospecting. You must be a self-motivated hunter capable of opening doors in accounts with no prior relationship, able to work with minimal direct supervision, and passionate about solving customer business problems. A team-first mentality is essential. Experience selling directly into life sciences is a plus.
