Salary: EUR 110,000 - 220,000 / annual

In this Account Partner role, you will spearhead expansion by identifying, prospecting, and closing net-new business in untapped accounts. You'll build your own pipeline and lead complex, strategic sales cycles from initial outreach through close. Your responsibilities include:
- Identify, prospect, and close net-new business opportunities
- Develop and implement account vision and strategy
- Serve as the custodian for customers within Veeva, focusing on their needs and doing the right thing
- Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources
- Keep current with industry trends and engage customers by addressing their business challenges
- Act with urgency, integrity, and customer focus
- Meet and exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
You'll work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level executives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven hunter profile—demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition, outbound prospecting, and opening doors in accounts with no prior relationship. You must be highly self-motivated, able to work with little direct supervision, and passionate about solving customer business problems. Experience selling directly into life sciences is a plus.
