Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 / annual
HallPass Candy, part of the Medici Brands portfolio (alongside David), is a breakout consumer brand reimagining the candy category with better nutrition at the same price point. Led by Peter Rahal (Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR) and Michael Tierney (Founder and Former CEO of Stuffed Puffs), HallPass recently launched nationwide at Walmart and is scaling rapidly.
We are hiring multiple Account Managers to build and scale our sales organization across three key channels: Grocery, Convenience, and Foodservice. Each Account Manager will own one channel and be responsible for expanding distribution, developing buyer relationships, and driving sales growth.
This is an entrepreneurial, hands-on role where you will identify and pursue new accounts, develop relationships with buyers and distributors, and own the full customer lifecycle from initial outreach through launch and ongoing account management. You will develop channel strategies, lead buyer meetings and negotiations, and partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to successfully launch and support accounts. You'll monitor account performance using sales data, own forecasting for your accounts, represent HallPass at trade shows and industry events, and help build the sales processes and playbooks that will support scaling.
The ideal candidate has CPG sales, account management, or business development experience with existing relationships in Grocery, Convenience, or Foodservice. You should have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, strong commercial judgment, and comfort with sales data analysis. You thrive in fast-moving environments where processes are still being built, and you are collaborative, self-driven, and excited to build something from the ground up.
