Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. As an SMB Account Manager, you will own a defined portfolio of existing UK-based customers, acting as the commercial owner of each relationship. Your primary responsibilities include driving renewals and account expansion while positioning Trustpilot as a long-term partner. You will execute end-to-end renewal processes, maintain Salesforce accuracy, and collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption and sustainable revenue growth. Key duties: - Own the renewal process and deliver strong Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) and predictable retention - Drive portfolio expansion through upsell and cross-sell to achieve strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR) - Build and maintain detailed account plans, stakeholder maps, and accurate forecasts in Salesforce - Lead commercial and strategic conversations, including business reviews and contract discussions - Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams - Ensure operational excellence through accurate data, forecasting discipline, and pipeline visibility You bring experience in account management, renewals, or similar customer-facing roles within SaaS or subscription-based companies. You have a strong understanding of retention, NRR, upsell, and cross-sell motions, with solid commercial awareness and the ability to link product value to customer outcomes. You excel at managing large portfolios, maintaining CRM accuracy, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Experience in digital advertising or search marketing is preferred.
