Salary: CAD 105,000 - 126,500 / annual

The company is expanding its platform for Digital Operations Management using AI/ML and automation, growing adoption across Development, IT, Customer Service, Security, and other teams.
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing SaaS customers. Your core responsibilities include owning customer relationships to ensure adoption, value realization, and retention; developing and executing account plans that drive renewals and uncover expansion opportunities; presenting and negotiating renewal proposals and multi-year contracts; monitoring customer health using usage analytics and telemetry to identify and mitigate risks early; collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Sales Operations, and Renewals teams; and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver consultative guidance on configuration optimization and feature adoption.
The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with strong commercial acumen, data-driven customer management expertise, and SaaS experience. You should have 7+ years of combined customer-facing experience (Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals) and 4+ years of proven success managing renewals and growth in a SaaS environment. Proficiency with Salesforce and analytics tools (Gainsight, Tableau, or Looker) is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is expected.
Preferred qualifications include demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and health metrics for account retention; prior enterprise sales expertise with MEDDPICC and Value Selling methodologies; experience with enterprise software or DevOps environments; understanding of AI-powered tools; proven track record of achieving revenue and retention goals through consultative account management; and strong collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the Toronto office. The position offers the opportunity to blend customer success and sales expertise while driving revenue growth and helping customers realize the full potential of PagerDuty's platform.
