As an Account Manager for SMB accounts in Central and Eastern Europe, you will own a portfolio of small and medium-sized customers and drive both customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Your responsibilities include:
• Managing a dedicated portfolio of SMB accounts across CEE markets, building deep relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Conducting thorough business reviews and leveraging data analytics to help customers maximize their usage of Perk's product suite
• Identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet quarterly growth targets
• Developing strategies to solve customer problems and ensure long-term account health
• Serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal Perk teams, ensuring smooth product integrations and rollouts
• Prioritizing time effectively to maximize impact across your portfolio
You'll need a minimum of 2 years of account management or customer success experience, ideally in SaaS or travel-tech. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze data and translate insights for customers. Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Italian is a plus. The ideal candidate is empathetic, honest, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to customer success while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
