As an Account Manager for SMB accounts in Central and Eastern Europe, you will own a portfolio of small and medium-sized customers and drive customer satisfaction, growth, and margin expansion. Your responsibilities include developing deep relationships with key decision-makers, understanding customer business needs, and maximizing their usage of Perk's product suite.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB accounts within CEE markets
- Conduct regular business reviews and present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet quarterly targets
- Leverage product expertise to solve customer problems and ensure long-term solutions
- Collaborate with internal Perk teams to ensure smooth product integrations and rollouts
- Prioritize time effectively to maximize impact on key business areas
You bring minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience, ideally from SaaS or travel-tech backgrounds. You excel at communication, relationship-building, and data analysis. Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Italian is a plus. You are empathetic, honest, trustworthy, focused, and open to feedback. The role is based in Barcelona with hybrid flexibility including up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days annually.
