As an Account Manager for SMB accounts in the Benelux & Nordics region (based in Barcelona), you will own a portfolio of small and medium-sized customers, primarily in Italy and other core markets. Your responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of SMB accounts, building deep relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of each customer's business to maximize their usage of Perk's product suite.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, leveraging data analytics to support business reviews and presentations.
- Serve as a product expert, meeting quarterly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction remains the priority.
- Collaborate with internal Perk teams to ensure smooth product integrations and rollouts.
- Analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies for long-term success.
- Prioritize effectively to maximize impact across your portfolio.
You will need Dutch fluency (native speaker) and C1-level English, with prior work experience in the Benelux market. Account management or customer success experience is required; SaaS or travel-tech background is highly preferred. Strong presentation, communication, and data analysis skills are essential. The ideal candidate is empathetic, honest, trustworthy, focused, and open to feedback.
