Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, is seeking an Account Manager for the Piemonte region to join its Commercial team. This role sits at the center of Deliveroo's three-sided marketplace, managing relationships with restaurant partners and driving growth across the Italian market.
You will act as a strategic consultant for restaurant brands, leveraging data-driven insights to guide their growth and manage brand relationships. Your responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of restaurant partners, building lasting strategic partnerships, and serving as the primary point of contact for the network in your region.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as primary point of contact for the network in your region
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics, sharing data-led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals, improving financial performance and Consumer Value Proposition
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty, impacting both absolute performance and financial metrics
- P&L Oversight: Manage and control the perimeter P&L, identifying financial risks and unlocking new revenue opportunities
You'll collaborate across marketing, operations, and product departments to deliver premium consultancy to top brands. The role requires strong commercial expertise, financial acumen, relationship-building skills, and strategic project management experience. Fluency in Italian and professional English are essential for collaboration with global teams.
