As Account Manager for Physician Partnerships based in San Diego/Irvine, you will be the primary relationship manager for Prenuvo's most important healthcare provider partners in Southern California. You'll develop and execute a physician referral network strategy, serving as the daily point of contact ensuring long-term partner success.
Key responsibilities include: building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers; identifying and establishing new physician partnerships; expanding physician networks to drive patient referrals; providing strategic insights to internal teams on sales and partnership optimization; developing account growth strategies; leading physician meetings to ensure collaboration and satisfaction; adhering to sales guidelines and ethical standards; tracking and analyzing sales activities; and representing Prenuvo at industry conferences and networking events.
You'll need a minimum of 5 years in healthcare provider sales or account management, with strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best practices. Essential skills include excellent communication, self-motivation, results-driven mindset, business acumen, technology proficiency, active listening, and trust-building. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) required. Nice-to-have qualifications include understanding of preventive healthcare and MRI technology, plus a bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
