Deliveroo is seeking an Account Manager for its Paris office to drive success across a strategic portfolio of restaurant partners. You will report directly to the Client Partner and serve as the expert for your territory, managing key accounts in mature sectors with personalized, data-driven support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic restaurant accounts, providing expert guidance tailored to their needs
- Build long-term partnerships by leveraging food-tech expertise and deep local market knowledge
- Optimize portfolio profitability through data analysis and personalized account strategies
- Act as a 360-degree expert: account management, sales, marketing, and operations
- Analyze portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and make recommendations to leadership
- Design and implement targeted marketing and promotional campaigns
- Monitor operations closely to enhance experiences for both restaurant partners and end customers
- Stay competitive by tracking market trends and providing real-time insights to partners and management
Required qualifications:
- 2–3 years minimum experience in a similar account management role
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage commercial discussions and contractual negotiations
- Data analysis capabilities to identify growth drivers and develop accounts
- Ability to maintain portfolio control, monitor market trends, and provide timely feedback
- Field expertise: close relationships with partners, competitive intelligence, and market awareness
- Persuasion and influence skills to drive partner alignment with company objectives
- Proactive mindset with ability to draw insights from results and make recommendations
- Quick understanding of objectives with autonomy and determination
- Ability to design personalized, coherent actions aligned with partner needs and management directives
- Strong analytical skills for commercial and operational performance data
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for effective communication and advocacy
- Ability to build lasting commercial relationships and position Deliveroo as the food-tech reference
