The Account Manager role focuses on driving revenue growth across strategic accounts within the Factory Automation business. You will develop and execute account-level strategies, engage cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, purchasing, leadership), and act as a consultative partner to optimize product adoption and solve application challenges. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth targets across key accounts - Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across engineering, purchasing, and management - Provide consultative support throughout customer design and purchasing cycles - Deliver professional presentations to technical and non-technical audiences - Identify customer barriers, needs, and opportunities; recommend solutions to improve satisfaction and revenue - Generate and communicate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to sales leadership and product teams - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership on business development initiatives - Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and activity reporting You will report to the West Regional Sales Manager and contribute market insights to support new product and service development. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience, with preference for mechanical components in automation/assembly equipment. Strong consultative selling skills, ability to engage multiple organizational levels, and solid business acumen to translate customer needs into solutions.
