Deliveroo is seeking an Account Manager to join its Commercial team in Outer London South, managing relationships with restaurant partners across West London and South East territories including Brentford, Kingston, Twickenham, Raynes Park, Croydon, Elmers End, and Beckenham.
In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for cultivating and expanding commercial relationships with top restaurant partners through regular face-to-face and remote consultation. You'll analyze operational data and industry trends to advise partners on driving higher order volumes and accelerating growth on the Deliveroo platform. Key responsibilities include leading commercial negotiations to successfully negotiate and renew high-value partner contracts, partnering with internal restaurant and rider operations teams to streamline regional delivery performance and resolve operational bottlenecks, and serving as the strategic face of Deliveroo within your assigned territory.
You'll need significant experience managing accounts or cultivating impactful B2B relationships, strong financial awareness with the ability to interpret data sets to identify growth trends, excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a track record of handling partner negotiations confidently, and a self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive while traveling across your region meeting partners. A results-oriented approach with proven ability to achieve growth targets and deliver measurable business outcomes is essential.
Nice-to-have qualifications include multilingual capabilities (Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, or Bahasa/Malay) and prior experience working within a dynamic, high-growth technology or commercial company.
