WeTravel is seeking an Italian-speaking Account Manager to join its EMEA team, supporting travel businesses across Europe. The role sits at the heart of the customer journey, combining account management, customer success, and strategic upselling for a SaaS platform that empowers travel entrepreneurs.
You'll manage relationships with clients ranging from solo operators to growing travel companies, serving as their primary point of contact for questions, concerns, and strategic guidance. Key responsibilities include nurturing existing accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, resolving customer issues with a solutions-oriented approach, and gathering feedback to inform product improvements. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure customers maximize platform value and achieve their business goals.
The ideal candidate is a native or C2-level Italian speaker with full English proficiency, 2+ years of B2B account management or customer success experience, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be a natural multitasker comfortable managing multiple clients independently, thrive in fast-paced remote environments, and genuinely enjoy helping businesses succeed. Experience with SaaS, HubSpot CRM, travel industry knowledge, or additional European languages is a bonus. You must be willing to travel up to 10% for client visits and have full legal right to work in Spain (citizenship or residency required; no visa sponsorship available).
WeTravel offers unlimited paid time off, an annual Amsterdam program (2-4 weeks at company apartments), up to 4 weeks annual work-from-anywhere flexibility, extensive family leave, three paid volunteer days, and a 2-week onboarding program.
