WeTravel is seeking an Italian and English bilingual Account Manager to join their EMEA team based in Portugal. The role sits at the heart of the customer journey, supporting travel businesses across the region in maximizing platform value. Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients (ranging from solo operators to growing travel companies), proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, serving as the primary point of contact for client questions and concerns, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to gather and share customer feedback. You'll solve customer issues with a calm, proactive approach while driving long-term client satisfaction and engagement. Required qualifications: native or C2-level Italian speaker with full English proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and customer service instincts, 2+ years of B2B account management or customer success experience, ability to manage multiple clients independently, solutions-oriented mindset, and comfort working in a remote-first, fast-paced SaaS environment. Willingness to travel up to 10% for client visits is required. Bonus qualifications include additional European language fluency, SaaS sales or upselling experience, understanding of travel industry consumer behavior, and HubSpot CRM or similar platform knowledge. The role is full-time under a B2B contractor agreement with monthly USD payments.
