Vanta is a Series D trust management platform that helps businesses earn and prove their security and compliance posture. As an Account Manager for the UK&I region, you will own the expansion and retention of a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary post-sale commercial contact. You'll develop deep relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to align Vanta's security and compliance solutions with their business objectives.
Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining strong customer relationships; mastering Vanta's product offerings and roadmap; collaborating with Customer Success Managers to understand account health; identifying and executing expansion opportunities through new frameworks and security tools; managing the full sales cycle for renewals and upsells, including negotiation and resource coordination; forecasting monthly expansion and churn; and maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Solutions Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement, and Support. The role requires a consultative, customer-centric approach with relentless focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
The position is based in the Dublin office with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You'll be part of a global team with offices in San Francisco, New York, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney.
