Salary: CAD 57,000 - 95,000 / annual
Lightspeed is hiring an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of golf course customers across North America, based in Montreal with flexibility for remote work within Canada and the US. This is a relationship-driven role combining consultative selling, customer success, and golf industry expertise.
Key responsibilities include proactively reaching out to customers to drive product adoption and revenue expansion, identifying and mitigating churn risks, ensuring successful software utilization by defining success criteria with customers, and serving as an escalation point for major accounts. You'll conduct regular portfolio reporting, maintain high CSAT/NPS scores, stay current on Lightspeed Golf product offerings and new modules, and act as the voice of the customer by flagging product requests to internal teams.
Additional duties involve providing best practices guidance on POS and management systems, staying informed on industry trends, working cross-functionally to improve customer success processes, conducting pre-sale scope calls to determine customer requirements, and contributing to team-wide initiatives and organizational objectives.
Required qualifications include experience managing complete sales cycles with strong customer satisfaction focus, bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written), experience with major corporations and SLA management, and passion for the golf industry. You should be consultative, analytical, solutions-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, organized, results-driven, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
